POND SWANS:Swans Decoys placed in ponds to deter the geese problem. Please do not tamper with decoys as geese may learn they are not real. Items underlined and italic are amendments to our Rules and Regulations RULES AND REGULATIONS ITEM 3. MAINTENANCE AND USE: Garage doors should be closed for aesthetic reasons as well as to prevent rodents, stray animals. etc. from entering the garage. Feeding stray animals of any kind, including but not limited to (Cats, dogs, deer, fox, coyotes, etc) is not allowed within the community. Placement of food platters or bowls outside of units are subject to fines Feeding ducks, geese, turtles or alligators is prohibited. No fishing, swimming or boating is allowed in any of the ponds. Seeded or hard food bird feeders of any kind are hereby not allowed within the community. Liquid hummingbird feeders are permitted and must be maintained by homeowner The Board of Directors has selected C-Way Marine Construction to replace bulkhead. Work will commence first week on May 2026.
PAWLEYS PLACE MAILBOX REPLACEMENT PROJECT: The Board of Directors has replaced all community mailboxes. Keys were handed out to residents who were home. If you need your new mailbox key, contact Dean Richey at 23 Palisade Loop. The Board of Directors has been actively investigating and researching the problems with our lawn.
