NEW STOP SIGNS - 4 WAY
New Stop Signs will be installed at Pawleys Place Dr and Pond View Dr. This intersection will become a 4 Way Stop. 
Waccamaw Rec Center Outdoor Court and Pawleys Place Fence
* * * UPDATE * * * - Fence Installation to begin around first week in November. The Rec Center that sits behind Pembroke Ln has contracted to install several Basketball and Pickleball courts on the grass area between the Rec center building and the back of Pembroke ln. The board of directors is concerned about the potential depreciation of home values as well as trespassing and security of our community. The best way to protect our community is to install a privacy fence along the perimter of Palisade Loop and Pembroke ln. The proposed fence will be a solid privacy fence. No gates or pass through access are included within the proposed fence, as this would diminish security. This may cause some inconvience for a few but will benefit the community as a whole. The BOD has approved the fence project but is still in the discovery phase before finalizing any plans. Click HERE to see the planned fence location. Frontier Internet and TV is planning on laying fiber optic cable in our community. The HOA is NOT planning on switching to Frontier. We are under a bulk service contract with Spectrum which will not expire until January 2030. You do NOT need to subscribe to Frontier services. MAINTENANCE AND USE: Garage doors should be closed for aesthetic reasons as well as to prevent rodents, stray animals. etc. from entering the garage. Feeding stray animals of any kind, including but not limited to (Cats, dogs, deer, fox, coyotes, etc) is not allowed within the community. Placement of food platters or bowls outside of units are subject to fines Feeding ducks, geese, turtles or alligators is prohibited. No fishing, swimming or boating is allowed in any of the ponds. Seeded or hard food bird feeders of any kind are hereby not allowed within the community. Liquid hummingbird feeders are permitted and must be maintained by homeowner 
POND SWANS:Swans Decoys placed in ponds to deter the geese problem. Please do not tamper with decoys as geese may learn they are not real. 
PAWLEYS PLACE MAILBOX REPLACEMENT PROJECT: The Board of Directors has replaced all community mailboxes. Keys were handed out to residents who were home. If you need your new mailbox key, contact Dean Richey at 23 Palisade Loop. The Board of Directors has been actively investigating and researching the problems with our lawn. Soil samples were taken and sent to Clemson Agriculture for tesitng. Moore's landscaping provided the follwing report. CLICK HERE |
