ACC COMMITTEE ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES

Our Pawley's Place Covenants, Codes & Restrictions (CC&R) Article VII is the basis for
our Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The CC&R calls for at least three people on these
committees. The ACC committee addresses building and landscape issues.

The committee is to be limited to five members. Those wishing to be on the
committee will make their wishes known and they will vote for the five members.
The CC&R says the Board Of Directors shall approve those members. If a committee
member drops out, the committee shall elect a replacement and send the members name
to the BOD for approval. The Chairman will be elected by the committee members annually.
