Pawleys Place Townhouse HOA encourages residents to actively serve on committees for our community.
The Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions calls for an architectural committee composed of three (3)
or more representatives appointed by the Board said committee being hereinafter referred to as
the"Architectural Control Committee"
